WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?
Orders are either shipped weekly or on specific ship dates. Please check the product information or the notifications at the top of the homepage for the current shipping schedule.
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please use the contact form to let me know. I'll do my best to track it down and arrange for replacements if necessary.
In the case of damaged or incorrect orders, I will replace the items at my expense or issue a full refund (photo proof may be required). If you simply change your mind regarding an order, exchanges and returns will be at my discretion and are not always guaranteed. Please email me at KREUGAN @ GMAIL .
